Carers in Hertfordshire are carrying out a large survey of carers to find out the impact caring has on health & wellbeing, finances, employment etc as well as better understand the caring situation in the county in 2022. It would be really helpful if you could promote the survey on your website and share the links by email with the carers on your patient register. We are hoping to reach as many carers as possible.
