Carers in Hertfordshire are carrying out a large survey of carers to find out the impact caring has on health & wellbeing, finances, employment etc as well as better understand the caring situation in the county in 2022. It would be really helpful if you could promote the survey on your website and share the links by email with the carers on your patient register. We are hoping to reach as many carers as possible.
Adult carers can take a survey at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/JK3SJMT and for young carers aged 18 and under there is a survey at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/YM9Z6RJ or call us on 01992 58 69 69 for other options. The survey closes in September 2022.
