The practice will be closed in the afternoons between 1:30pm and 5:30pm for Protected Learning Time on the following dates:

• Tuesday - 16th September 2025
• Wednesay - 22nd October 2025
• Thursday - 27th November 2025
• Thursday - 19th March 2026

Our doors will will reopen from 5:30pm.

From Monday 2^nd June, Spring House Surgery will switch to a “total digital triage system” where all requests for appointments will be submitted online. This system has been implemented successfully across the country with excellent feedback regarding accessibility, patient choice and continuity. This change will allow the practice to prioritise patients based on their clinical need and will ensure faster care, improved continuity and better outcomes for our patients.
