From Monday 2^nd June, Spring House Surgery will switch to a “total digital triage system” where all requests for appointments will be submitted online. This system has been implemented successfully across the country with excellent feedback regarding accessibility, patient choice and continuity. This change will allow the practice to prioritise patients based on their clinical need and will ensure faster care, improved continuity and better outcomes for our patients.

We are currently looking for patients who would like to be part of the PPG for Spring House.  The current subject in question is “I can’t get to see my GP” a subject, we are sure, is close to all our hearts.  We would, however, emphasize this is not an open forum for complaints but one for constructive debate.  If you are interested in becoming part of this valuable group, please email your name and contact details to helen.walsh10@nhs.net.

All of these dates are only for 5hrs in the afternoons from 12.30 - 5.30pm and we will be reopening from 5.30 - 6.30 as normal. Please phone 111 if you have any urgent health issues between these times or visit the Urgent Treatment Centre. We are open as usual in the mornings on these dates.
