Would you like to have a say about services provided at Spring House Medical Centre? 

Spring House Medical Centre has formed a Patient Participation Group. Registered patients can join the group and be actively involved in decisions about the services provided by the Practice. This will enable us to gain the views and obtain feedback from patients. 

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
